CAP MIAMI - Pastores Miguel Villegas y Luz Guzmán

The best is Yet
to come

Miguel Villegas y Luz Belen Guzmán

At our church, we strive to live a life of commitment to God and to our fellow human beings. We seek to be a light in the midst of darkness, showing the love and grace of Christ to all those around us. Our desire is for you to find a place of belonging and spiritual growth, where you can develop your relationship with God and experience His transformation in your life.

The torch is lit

Waking up with God is a beautiful way to begin the day. When we wake up, we can take time to connect with Him, lift our voices in prayer, and open our hearts to His presence and guidance.

Prayer Requests

You don't have to carry your battles alone.
We are here to pray with you and for you. Every request is important, and we believe that God works when we unite our faith.

Leave us your request and let's walk together in prayer.

values

Our core values are who we are.
They're not just what we do, they're part of our DNA.

The purpose of CAP Church Miami is to share the hope of Jesus. Jesus is our message. We are Jesus people, not religious people. Methods come and go, but our message will remain the same.

Our heart is for ALL people. All people are loved by Jesus. We make no apologies for being specifically focused on reaching those who are far from God. We desire to bring the broken home to light at all costs. We believe our light is best seen in the night.

Generosity is about giving more than what is required. We view generosity as a privilege. We are generous with our time, talents, and treasures. We come first in our giving. God has given us abundantly; it is our honor to give back.

We're always going to do the best we can with what we have. We're on schedule, committed, and prepared. We don't do things halfway. If we're going to do it, it'll be the best we can.

If you're too big to serve, then you're too small to lead. We believe the greatest leadership is service to others. Every leader is a servant first. From the parking lot to the pulpit, everyone serves. Each role is different, but all are important. If you're not helping, you're not helping!

We are vocal with our honor, which means we are not stingy with our words. We submit to leadership and are grateful for spiritual authority. We joyfully choose to submit to those God has placed over us. We honor and care for those God has placed under us.

Everything we do, we do with passion. From our worship to our service, we do it with the energy of the Holy Spirit. Passion drives us. Passion for Jesus. Passion for people. Passion for his church.

Salmo 46:1

We pray for Venezuela

We cry out for God to lift up our nation, strengthen every affected family, and bring comfort to those who are experiencing the pain of loss. We pray for all those who are grieving, for the first responders who are serving with courage, and for every person who has come together to help, support, and donate with a generous heart.

We declare that hope will overcome fear, that God will give strength to those who need it today, and that His peace will cover every corner of our land.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
Psalm 46:1
